THE BRIEF

A combined package was completed by UK Building Compliance for our client

Ventilation Testing, Air Tightness Testing, Sound Insulation Testing & SAP Reports were completed

THE PROCESS

Further to reviewing drawings, on site testing was ready to be completed. our strict Air Tightness Testing procedures were adhered to, all calibrated equipment was setup to ensure the most accurate result possible was achieved
Sound Insulation Testing was carried out following Part E of the Building Regulations
Ventilation Testing was conducted following Part F of the Building Regulations
We offered assistance to the client during this project providing help and recommendations to pass their SAP Report
