These consisted of L1A Design and As-Built SAP Calculations, which include an EPC
Water Efficiency Calculations were also completed for these properties

The predicted EPC scored an Energy Rating of B, meaning the building would be highly energy efficient
The Water Usage Calculations achieved were 109.65 Litres per person per day, the Target being ≤ 110L
