A Home Building Company asked UKBC to carry out an Energy Statement, SAP Calculations & Water Efficiency Calculations at a 20 plot site in Wakefield, West Yorkshire (WF7 5BH)

We achieved a Water Efficiency Rate of 108.24 Litres per person per day, the Target being ≤ 110L
