UKBC were appointed to undertake L1B SAP Calculations and an Energy Statement on a 400 plot development in Kent
The Energy Statement was required in order to meet Ashford Council's local policies

For DER, an average 29.75% reduction was achieved compared to TER by incorporating the updated SAP 10 emission factors
An average 17.02% DFEE reduction compared to TFEE was achieved
Baseline Part L compliance was achieved via SAP 2012
