  • The former Brooks Laundry site, which dates back to the 19th century when it was used for industrial units and lay derelict and unused is now being developed into over 100 new homes

THE PROCESS

  • After reviewing drawings, on site testing was ready to be completed. All calibrated equipment was setup in accordance to our strict procedures to ensure the most accurate result possible
  • Due to this being a new development, multiple tests are often carried out over several visits. The results below show the tests for Plots 6-9 of this site
