UK Building Compliance recently conducted an Air Pressure Test at a New Build property in Berkhamsted
This large domestic property was equipped with Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR), an air source heat pump and air conditioning
Being accredited byATTMA allows us to ensure that the quality of our work is the best in our industry
THE PROCESS
After reviewing drawings, on site testing was ready to be completed. In accordance with our strict air tightness testing procedure, all calibrated equipment was setup to ensure the most accurate result possible
Due to the size of the property (almost 1900m2 envelope area), the test was estimated to be a multiple fan test. However, after beginning the test it was apparent that only a single fan was needed because of the high quality of the build
