In order to achieve an A-rated Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), our assessors assisted with the specification of the Glazing U-Value, Thermal Insulation & Heating System as well as recommending a 5.4kW Solar PV system
Our air tightness technicians used their expertise and experience to diagnose several air pressure faults on site. This led to a significantly improved air tightness score
