THE BRIEF

UK Building Compliance can offer a Complete Package and guidance including SAP & Testing for Building Regulations for New Build properties

The Building Testing consisted of Air Tightness Testing, Sound Insulation Testing and Ventilation Testing and the Building Certification included L1A SAP Calculations and Water Efficiency Calculations
We are accredited by three different institutions to carry out these three types of building testing. Being accredited by
UKAS, ATTMA and BPEC allows us to ensure that the quality of our work is the best in our industry.

THE PROCESS

After reviewing drawings, on site testing was ready to be completed. In accordance with our strict air tightness testing, building sound testing and ventilation testing procedures, all calibrated equipment was setup to ensure the most accurate result possible
Our consultants guided the client to ensure compliance was met, with the following recommendations:

Low U-Value Glazing and an efficient combi boiler
A high specification meant that low floor, wall and roof U-Values were achieved
Constructive bridging details were used to ensure accurate thermal bridging figures
